THE COUNTRY HOUSE
Tesuque, NM
The Country House has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A large portal stretches across the front of the house and provides seating and dining areas to read or enjoy an outdoor meal with views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. When you walk in the front door, you'll find a large open space which features an indoor dining area, a living room, and a kitchen that opens up into the living space. The sofa in the living room can be converted to a full sized bed (sleeps two). Through the back door of the kitchen, is another portal with table and chairs for enjoying a meal or a cup of coffee outdoors. Off of the kitchen is a small study, complete with desk and sofa, and one of two full bathrooms. Through another set of doors is a bedroom which contains a trundle bed (two twin sized beds) which can be left as a couch if additional sleeping arrangements are not required. Though the trundle beds could accommodate adults, it might be more comfortable for older children or teenagers. The layout of this space requires you to pass through to access the laundry area and the master bedroom. This bedroom space has doors that close it as well, for additional privacy. From here, you'll travel down the hallway to the laundry room (full sized washer, dryer and utility sink) and finally the master bedroom and bath. A large four-post bed stands dominantly in the center of the room with plenty of space to sit as well. The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful double head shower with Spanish tile throughout. There is a door which leads to the front portal directly off the bedroom.
